Evergreen Listings: All packages feature evergreen listings that remain live until you close, fund, or pull the deal. Optional time-boxed promo boosts (e.g., highlight, homepage, Digest, or premium visibility) can be added or renewed anytime for enhanced exposure.
Tail Period: 30 months for all packages. Post-listing protection: If we intro a buyer/investor and they close a deal with you within this window (even after listing ends), our success fee applies to protect genuine leads from delays.
Sliding Scale: -1% ($5–20M); -2% (>$20M) for Basic Launch and Growth Accelerator; same for Elite Closer, but we are willing to negotiate custom terms for Elite.
Secure Intros: NDA all around; KYC ≥$5M pre-release. All packages use gated release for privacy—buyers must register, sign our Intro NDA, and pass checks before full contact.
Aligned Incentives & Credits: Upfront fees (if any) are non-refundable but credited toward the success fee at settlement. We eat what we kill—success fees only on wins.
Taxes & Fees: Prices and commissions exclude GST/VAT; you're responsible for withholding taxes (proof of remittance may be required). All in USD. Commission scale reduces effective % on larger tranches (full rate 0–$5M, stepped down 5–$20M, lowest >$20M).
Audit Rights: We enforce fees on Armada-born deals within the tail window via audit rights. Settlement via invoice or escrow.
Min Size: $2M+ (flexible—chat us).
Meetings: In-person welcome (ours/yours); virtual too.
