Yes. Each listing is subject to a basic vetting process before it goes live. More detailed checks are completed before investor packs are released.

What does vetting include?

High-level financial review, identity/KYC check, confirmation of title/lease status, and basic compliance screening. Full diligence is performed on request and in the data room.

Can foreign investors participate?

Yes. Many deals accept foreign capital, subject to local sector rules and foreign investment laws in the relevant country.

How is investor confidentiality managed?

All opportunities are shared in a controlled environment with strict confidentiality protocols.

What listing packages do you offer?

Standard - basic listing with concise teaser and one image.

Featured - extended listing, enhanced teaser, up to three images, Investor Digest inclusion.

Premium - full rewrite, up to five images or a pitch deck, data-room setup, valuation snapshot, private investor distribution and advisory time.

How long do listings run?

Typical durations: Standard (short campaign), Featured (medium campaign), Premium (extended campaign and private distribution). Exact durations are confirmed at booking.

What does each package deliver?

Deliverables vary by package but can include: teaser rewrite, image handling, one-page PDF brief, Investor Digest inclusion, private mailouts, and a short advisory call for Premium listings.

How are listings promoted?

Standard listings sit on the Opportunities page. Featured and Premium listings are included in the Investor Digest. Premium listings get private distribution to selected investors in our network.

Do you charge commissions on listings?

No. Listings are fee-for-service through TestMeTech Pty Ltd. If a transaction requires licensed broking, that process is managed by Armada Philippines under a separate agreement.

How much do listings cost?

See the Services page for up-to-date pricing. Package fees are charged on engagement and invoiced by TestMeTech Pty Ltd.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You may upgrade from Standard to Featured or Premium. We invoice the fee difference.

Will Armada refine my materials?

Yes. Depending on the package, we will edit, polish or fully rewrite your teaser and Offer Information.

What happens after an enquiry?

What images do you use publicly?

Are public images accurate?

Public images may be illustrative. Full and authentic visual assets are available in the data room to qualified parties.

How do I get data-room access?

Register, request access and sign the confidentiality deed. We verify investor credentials before granting access.

What is the NDA / early access process?

Do you run full due diligence?
