• Advise and negotiate within licence limits

• Manage mandates, term sheets, and closings

• Ensure compliance and reporting accuracy

Referrers (Unlicensed)

• Make fact-only introductions (no advice or negotiation)

• Log introductions in the Armada portal

• Earn referral or intro fees on verified deals

Marketers

• Manage campaigns, CRM automation, and digital funnels

• Prepare listings, pitch decks, and investor outreach

• Must understand GHL (GoHighLevel) workflows

Back-Office Operators

• Experienced in GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Handle CRM, automations, tagging, and reporting

• Maintain system hygiene and assist with onboarding

• Must have prior GHL experience — no training provided
